I did not see the goods because the seller to get the order promised shipping that he wasn't able to organize. He admitted later he wasn't knowledgeable enough to do a proper job and he brought the whole thing to a point where the total fees (1100USD) made the clearance impossible. I offered alternative solutions, but he just kept pushing up to the end where the situation was impossible to fix. He could have recalled the shipment and organised the one I then suggested for an acceptable cost, but his incompetence and basically an abuse of his right to offload on the buyer all the costs with the "CIF" he wrote on the contract despite agreements in the messages (Proof available from messages screenshots). So BEWARE of agent Yilooo Zhang/Albert Guo: he will mess up the order, the papers, and the shipment. I asked for a shipment with a cost of 300 USD. I got another machine from another seller for that cost, Door to Door Duties paid. It was possible! Just Yilooo wasn't up to the task.
